Word College is our college ministry here at Word Baptist Church. Word College is geared at serving Arkansas State University and Williams Baptist College.  The ministry consist of big events, such as tailgates for different sporting events, and christian concerts, but also small events such as game nights and small discipleship groups. Here at Word Baptist we believe college students are adults, so we treat you like adults. This ministry will seek to connect college students to the local church and small discipleship groups within the church so we can, in turn, equip them to love God, equip the church, and impact the world.  This ministry will need many volunteers of all ages and walks of life who have a heart for college students.

Volunteers on our word college team will serve at many different events.  Whether it be cooking food, carrying fridges, or just simply giving a student advice.  We will have a wide variety of people serving in this ministry.  The only requirements are that you have a heart to love college students and be able to equip them in time of need.
